User reviews ("experiences") are welcome but **moderated before publication** to protect users
and limit legal risk.

## What we publish
- Genuine, first-hand personal experiences with logistics, communication, facilities, value.
- Opinions clearly stated as opinions.

## What we remove or never publish
- Medical advice, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or outcome/efficacy claims.
- Guarantees, superlatives presented as fact ("best", "safest", "cure"), or unverifiable stats.
- Defamatory, false, or harassing statements about identifiable individuals.
- Personal data of third parties, or your own sensitive medical details.
- Spam, advertising, or undisclosed commercial/affiliate content.

## How moderation works
Every submission passes an automated policy filter and (where flagged) human review **before**
it can appear. We may edit only to redact personal data; otherwise we publish or reject.

## Takedown & corrections
To request removal or correction of a review (yours or one about you), email
**reviews@520888.net** with the URL. We act on valid requests promptly. This supports our
GDPR Art.17 erasure obligations.

## No quid pro quo
We do not pay for reviews and do not let providers edit or suppress genuine reviews.
